When Doe arrived into the United States she stayed in New York and eventually ventured off to Los Angeles, California.
Doe’s heart was set on music when she came to New York and aspired to be a famous musician. Being a musician in New York is fierce. Doe had to learn the ropes and apply herself fully to get noticed. She gained a lot of experience in marketing herself and dug deep into her entrepreneurial side. Doe has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. When Doe was thirteen she sold temporary tattoos to her friends and classmates.
While Doe was busy writing music and promoting the band she fell in love with one of her band mates; which is now her current husband and business partner. Doe believes that if you follow your heart you can make your dreams come true. We all have a special talent that can be used to make the world a better place. Doe has always been in love with bright vibrant makeup colors. At the time there was no such options in the market that suited Doe’s taste. Doe started to make her own bright make up colors and was amazed by the feed back from others. People loved it! Doe was inspired by the complements and Lime Crime was soon born afterwards.

Doe wanted women to be able to express themselves without the fear of being judged. Doe attended The Fashion Institute of Technology while in New York and gained a lot of insight on the industry.
