From India, back to India- Anilesh Ahuja

Anilesh Ahuja has had a universe of experiences and is now returning full circle.

When he was 14, Anilesh followed his father and moved from Mumbai to New Hampshire.

Things were not easy, adapting to his new country but Anilesh worked hard, particularly in his academics, and so fast forward a few years and Anilesh found himself studying economics at the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League School.

Then, after he graduated, Anilesh became a fairly wealthy man as he participated in a number of business and real estate moves.

But although Anilesh loves the USA, and is still involved in ventures in the country, his native India’s siren call was calling him.

So, Anilesh is primarily back in Mumbai, and he, along with his partners, is helping build a truly unique 200-acre-plus paradise of a planned community in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

Truly unique in that the community is 56 percent greenspace, with solar panels and other environmental features, Anilesh Ahuja, who is not only the chief cheerleader for the development project, as well as being on the board of directors, views Solitare Valley, as truly visionary and aspirational, representing the type of housing that all of India will aspire to in the future.

Anilesh is very proud of Solitare Valley and feels at last truly at home.
