Anilesh Ahuja's Path Back To India

Anilesh Ahuja was born in Mumbai, India, and came to the United States with his father in 1982. It was a big adjustment for him and it sometimes felt like an impossible one. The population in Mumbai was over 20 million, in New Hampshire where he was living at the time, the population was only 2500. At his new junior high he was the only person of the color, and he was small for his age. He did his best to fit in and do a good job in school. College was a much better experience for him and more diverse. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics in 1989. He spent the early 90s building his career, getting married, and starting a family. He became the senior vice president of three banks and managed thousands of employees. Mr. Ahuja opened his very first firm in 2008.

After experiencing many years of great success in his career Anilesh Ahuja has returned to India. In India, he joined the board of directors for a real estate company. Anilesh Ahuja’s company is currently working on building an integrated township on 210 acres of land. His company even plans to add solar panels to this new township to avoid the power outages that plague India. He believes that in less than ten years they will have the perfect town.
