Philip Belamant Is Renowned Worldwide as a Pioneer in the Financial Technology Industry.

Philip Belamant founded many technology firms, including Zilch, and was on the Forbes top 20 lists of Fintech leaders in 2017. He’s among the most influential people in blockchain technology by PYMNTS.com, an online publication covering payment technology news and analysis.

Belamant serves at Digicom Group, one of South Africa’s largest ATM providers. He was previously a board member at GSM Association (GSMA), which represents mobile operators worldwide, for nearly five years until he resigned from the position in January 2018 to focus on his new blockchain startup company: Horizon State. Philip Belamant uses his expertise to help Horizon State build a better voting system that will enable safer and more transparent elections worldwide through blockchain technology.

Besides his work as chief executive officer at Zilch Technologies Ltd., Belamant serves on several boards of directors.
