Gino Pozzo is a well-known figure in the European football scene. His family has always been involved in that passion and his dad even owned a football club young in his life. While this is a passion of his family the reason that Gino Pozzo father wanted to help their local community by making the football club better and something the community would be proud of and could enjoy.

Gino Pozzo followed in his father’s footsteps and is the owner of his own football club now as an adult. He had a great role model in his father and took what he learned from him as a child and applied it to his club and is continuing to evolve it and make advancements to make it even better.

Gino Pozzo is more than just words and delegation he is action and getting his hands dirty which is why he has been so successful. He purchased a failing club that was struggling to not go under from the amount of debt that they had and within just the first year he was able to majorly improve their situation. This was accomplished by him not only having dedication and hard work but it also took the sacrifice of his family.

They moved to London where the club was so he could see firsthand how the running of the club was being done and just be able to see the day-to-day operations so that he could see what was working and what needed changing. So while they were fighting to get this struggling Watford Football Club up and running again they also owned two other clubs. That is unheard of and a lot of work and determination. To be able to keep them all running and successful is a major accomplishment and a testament to his determination and passion.
